How does the new 2013 Cardback affect you?

With the annoucement of the 2013 Case A assortment annouced, how will the new cardback affect you as a collector?

I voted for the ones I want and other.

I will buy the ones that belong to Cars 2 line (Suki). And other, Lemons mostly. May buy repeats of ones I already have, but not sure yet.

My gf will probably want some of the molds from Cars 1. Doc Hudson, sheriff, etc if they come out.

I voted for the ones I want... I want the new molds... I'll buy some of the returning Cars from the first movie that I may not have carded as I opened the one that I had or that I collect on every cardback (Tunerz, Sally, Fabulous Hudson Hornet, Mater, Sheriff)...

It also depends on what I find retail versus what I buy online or receive from others... I get many Cars from friends in other countries - as those are more expensive and I have to add in shipping costs, that means fewer Cars... And if I already have say a Sally opened, I won't be buying 2 Sally on the new cardback and open 1.

While I still may purchase a lot of Cars compared to many of you, I don't buy as many as I did as my grandchildren have outgrown Cars.

I wish I could buy more cars lol. I'd buy them all, but my wallet and my wife have a limit lol.

I keep forgetting about the tunerz, I may pick those up

as an opener I will just get the ones I don't have which is currently hank, j curby and vlad

will probably buy one of each type of cardback for unopened display and then see how it goes, havnt got hank as I dont think he was realised in the the UK, so will open that

if i could find more storage place then i will consider about getting the complete set.
otherwise, i will just buy 2 or 3 of each new cars that i don't have and buy 1 for those that i am short of

I've given the matter a lot of thought. It's been a bit of a roller coaster. Initially, when I found out there were going to be 95 new cars (which includes Deluxe and Movie Moments as they appear to be in the same numbering series), I thought how on earth am I going to collect all of these, how can I afford all of these and will Mattel release them all in the UK?

I have been collecting the TRU Radiator Springs Classic series. Only eight so far, plus another six to come. A few more were announced on Take5ADay, but will these all come to the UK? Maybe the series will just be limited to those so far announced? Who knows?

It'll be too expensive to collect an expanded range of Radiator Springs Classic AND the 2013 mainline ranges too! I wish there was just one or they'd have continued with Cars 2 series with a different cardback with mostly new cars, but Mattel probably wants to follow Hot Wheels and milk us collectors dry!

When I finally saw what they looked like on Take5ADay, I fell hook, line and sinker! I want to collect them all. We'll see. They may not come to the UK. Problem solved for me. There's still a few Cars 2 bits and pieces left I need. Some singles (3), Movie Moments (3) and Deluxe (5) that haven't made it to the UK yet! I haven't even mentioned the Cars Take Flight series. I only have the TRU Double and the first two Autonauts!

i will be buying any car related to cars2 and then start collecting backwards in groups of cars

needless to say, the minute i seen them, i was buying them all
these are going to be a welcome addition to our collection as we don't have half of the cars that have been announced either carded or loose.
