Yeah dusting will suck but canned air will help and those lovely swifter dusters.
Got the rack at Sam's Club for $70. It's not my ideal display but the most affordable for now.

It has a little lip on the edges so it'll help.
Under the Cars I have black liner like people put in kitchen cabinets. So really helps hold them in place well

I've been thinking about grabbing a couple of skids from work and just using those...free wood! lol and what I don't use, can go to my fire pit lol
