Just watched it last night, thanks to Netflix. While part of me is sort of ticked at them filming on Disney property without any permission to do so, another part of me is deeply impressed with what they managed to pull off.
That said, the movie could have been far more twisted than it was. What could have been, "Fear and Loathing at Disneyworld," instead get wraps up in how cool it was to make the movie there without anyone at DW catching on. Such a missed opportunity.
I like quirky cinema. I did like the movie, but it could have (and should have) been so much more. Abd the sad part is, it could have been so much more in editing, not so much from what they filmed in the park...
The DVD has a good section on how they filmed it, and had their lawyer explaining how they legally pulled it off.
