I didn't have the stones to put any clear-coat on my chromed car.
As I wasn't sure how the acrylic would stick to the chromed surface.
So in order to keep the decals on, it's trapped in a single-car display case.

that is the same thought that is on my mind, im just finishing a few bits with my boys then its time to be brave and stick the decals on
had my first attempt at decals tonight, fairly happy with the outcome just need to sort the eyes and i will leave it at that. going to attempt a chrome mack hauler
You might try cutting a piece of the white decal paper DRY. (This is a bit of trial & error.) But once you've trimmed a piece that fit the recessed area of McQ's eyes. Then wet it and apply. Then you can print the eyes (pupils & irises only) And place them where ever you want within the white field.
