Anybody care to take a wild guess as to who this is? (ebay auction)

I tried looking for pictures on posters of the upcomming releases but didn't see anything. I have no way of correctly assuming it is from cars 2 other then the title on the ebay auction.

I don't recall ever seeing him before.

Of course, it's been so long since Cars Drive In Gallery was updated that it doesn't show they were ever released, but they were both released during the Final Lap era. I saw them but never bought them, they don't appeal to me at all and I still don't even regret passing up on them.

My advise is get yourself a visual checklist from t5
not advertising but it helps you alot on your cars 1 collection.
