Ivan Mater and Ivan - more comparison photos

I received a great package from a friend today... Ivan and Muggsy Liftsome:



Thought I'd do a couple comparison photos of Ivan and Ivan Mater:

Ivan Mater is on the left... Ivan is on the right:


Ivan Mater has greenish eyes on the left... Ivan has brown eyes in the center.

They don't look much different looking at the back:


Side views are similar:

Ivan looks flawless - has a production code of 3602AZ... Muggsy reminds me of Krate Rainson-Wash - there's a little bit of "dirt" painted on the Car - but Muggsy looks great to me as well - Muggsy has a production code of 3612AZ.

I will try to take more pictures tomorrow after work.

Interestingly, the DS 1:43 version of Ivan Mater reflects the Ivan Mater here, same expression and eye colour.

Different tow assembly and rear though.

Now that we've started receiving our Ivan promo Cars from the Kmart mail-in rebate, I'm bumping this back to the top...

If they release Ivan as non-Kmart exclusive, it's very easy to replace the Only At Kmart sticker with a Lemons area on the card.

And as far as I know, The Real Tom is still the only one who received this Ivan:

His Ivan looks just like Muggsy Liftsome... and it is! Production code on the cardback is 1333.

I wonder who else will receive an alternate Ivan... I know I'm hoping that my next one is Muggsy... and I may go ahead and buy 2 more Ivan's worth of Cars at Kmart closer to the end of the promo to see if I get a different Car.
