I had 1 last receipt to send in as well. Figuring I have nothing to lose, I just wrote on the order form asking them to substitute the Ivan for Muggsy. Whoever is fulfilling this probably would have no idea what I was talking about. But I figured it doesn't hurt to ask.
Of course they will likely not send me an Ivan at all since I broke the rule of not modifying the order form.

I did the same thing, asking them to substitute Muggsy Liftsome or John Lassetire. I also asked them to send Ivan in the original Mattel case.

Got my Ivan in the mail 2 days ago, for some reason I had the slightest thought that Mattel would make a mistake and send me Mugsy.. But unlike the other Ivan I received, this one came in a cool Cars Ivan box!
