Just heard from a friend in Cali that Case h was found on the pegs at a Target ... decided to check ebay to see if anyone has them and a reseller in Ohio does ... looks like they are on the way sooner rather than later!!

Crazy, yes ... but some people are MUST HAVE kinda people ... they are willing to pay those prices to be one of the first folks to have a car. I will wait another week or two until they hit a peg near me or a friend

Is it finally time to start seriously hunting again? Awesome! Though I wonder why we keep getting 2 Cases at a time? Cases A, B and D, F were released almost simultaneously, and now G, H are joining the list.

60 bucks?! WTF?! That's TWELVE times RRP. Opportunism at its finest. And by sarcastically using the word finest, I mean something far less polite. Even the UK seller is asking half that at "only" Ł20.

Then imagine you spend that much on a non-chase car only to see it sitting on a peg next week for a few dollars. Well, it would serve you right IMO.

It seems Target is doing a good job keeping the pegs filled lately, but I have seen no singles at Walmart in months. Good thing I have about 5 or 6 Targets nearby.

Talking about H when it starts hitting! Im good on G thanks to Chris and Micky although I do still want another Miles. But since we havent seen G im worried H might not even be close to showing up around here!

Great news on case H... even though I've only seen case G in 3 Target stores and only since Sunday June 23... today I was able to buy 2 Mama Topolino singles; no sign of Chase Miles at any of the 3 stores.

A few Walmart stores got case F; otherwise I've not seen anything newer than case C singles at Walmart since before Easter... and 5 Walmart stores in the last 3 days have had 6 to 8 Heavy Metal Mater 3 packs... it doesn't look good for newer Toon 3 packs.

So far I'm currently behind on 3 Cases of Singles (G, H, and the international Case w/ Maurice, Brent, and Vern) and 3 Cases of Micro Drifters.. These are the times where I wish I had more than 1 Walmart!

Don't worry guys - those will be selling on ebay for $7.95 in a few months. There is no reason to pay $40 for a car. What you are seeing now is someone pricing them high because he is the only one who has them - so no competition. And we've seen lots of cases of people paying anything to have a car first. I even recall our vendor here JMDL selling RIPs for $99 and sold about 5 of them for that price cause they were first to have them. Then as others got them and competition hit the market the prices immediately dropped.

International collectors will pay those prices since they may never see those cars locally ever. Of course if they wait a bit prices will drop as more people list it.
But some want it straight away and will pay for it.
