Question About my Two Supercharged Sarge's!

One of my Sarge's Package has Mattel Canada Inc., Mississauga Ontario. Does this mean anything? Is it a Canadian packaged car or what? My other Sarge doesn't have it. They both have the Yeti, Bling Bling McQueen, RPM, Dinoco Chick Hicks package cardback. Thanks.
