Lenticular Question

What happened to Chick Hicks, DJ, and Sheriff on the back of the 2013 Lenticular card back? Were they canceled or just put there for no reason?

As far as I'm aware the UK haven't seen any lenticulars since the original lot.. Probably just as well because I don't think they are very popular
