What at first seemed like a typo of the old Ripstick Racers actually turns out to be a new line.

They do appear to be quite a bit smaller than the Ripstick racers...while it appears that 2 come in each pack they actually just include a picture for an example for side by side racing it looks like. Amazon has Snot Rod, King, and Lightning for $8 each...
