Today in TRU I found this, Lightning Ramone, on a Purple RSC Ramone card! Is this rare? Has someone seen this before?

Also, it doesn't have a TOYS R US sticker on the blister.

I think it is because it is international

Only if an error card collector wants to purchase it from you...

To me it's just worth the cost of a Lightning Ramone as I'm not interested in errors. Some others on here may want him.
