Question About Launchers

I have a question... How rare / expensive are the Octane Gain / Dinoco McQueen wheel launchers? I found them both at Giant Eagle a couple of months ago. Somebody bought them, So they aren't there anymore. But does anybody have any info on them?

I don't know about Dinoco McQueen, but Octane Gain can go for around $17.00.
