Rivals Race-Off - new play set?

Stopped at the local Meijer before work this morning... for the first time in a few weeks they'd put another case of Cars on the pegs... picked up Lizzie and Chase Lee Race.

As I looked down I saw a play set that I didn't recall seeing before... Rivals Race-Off:

Is there more than 1 way to set up the track? It looks different in the picture on the back:


$19.99 is the Meijer price...

Has anyone else seen this play set? Have you bought it? Is it fun? We'd like to hear your review.

Not a new set - I took a photo of this using my iPhone at Meijer several months ago... I probably even posted about it earlier.

I've surely never seen it before, but it's rare that I ever pay attention to the playsets though. It looks pretty fun, and looks like a good thing to pass time.
