I think traditionally the game is played if you repeat a name you're out. Then eventually it would whittle down to one winner. Or a stalemate depending on the number of players. And the number of names in the name pool itself. A referee or an official of some so would be helpful as well.

FWIW it's spelled Octane Gain.
At least here in the U.S. I know there are some English Vs. English spelling issues.
