Thanks Rossibutton, I now know how the Hot Wheels cases are sequenced. I didn't pay much attention before. Morrisons had 937J (NP) (0555N2) and 937L (PK) (1026N).

From those two cases I picked up:

2005 Ford Mustang (Grey); 2010 Ford Mustang GT (Yellow), 70 Ford Escort RS1600 (White) (to go with the Red one I already had), 07 Ford Mustang (Red) and another Beatles Yellow Submarine (on a good card this time).

I popped down to the nearby ASDA and Wilko and got:

2016 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R (Blue), 2015 Ford Mustang GT and Aston Martin DB10 (Silver) (HURRAY).

Now I know the case contents from hwcollectorsnews.com (may not work with IE11) it makes HW collecting that much easier.

I also had time to work out a pattern of Cars singles releases across the world. My guess is that we might start to see new singles in the UK in early July, possibly cases 959Q and 959R? Let's hope so!

I know that the cases have 3 letters at the end of the code, the 1st of the 3 is the case.
The cars that Poundland and B&M have been getting is the long US Cards

    Thanks,

Is there somewhere that lists Hot Wheels case contents?

Are they US cases (long cards) or do the international (short cards) have the same contents?

Was that a new 4th (959L) case or remnants / split case? One store I visited said they got a few cars in split with a few other stores. They were just clearing the last of what they had in the warehouse. They 5th case (998Q) was probably not meant to arrive when it did, but as we know the odd thing sneaks in here and there. None appeared on eBay. It may not be a bad thing, as now hopefully with later production dates, any new cases will have sorted out thwe glue problem?

Also Debenhams has got the 4th case.
Toys R Us had a 2014 case of Deluxe in with Emanuelle and Mater the Waiter and the last RS500 case with Fillmore and Sarge.
It looked such a promising start to the year
I now only go out expecting to find Hot Wheels, Tesco's have been getting the promotional dump bins with the Super Treaure Hunt Batmobile case, i found the super in my local Tesco.
Poundland and B&M have been getting Hot Wheels Case E but i am yet to find a Super Treasure Hunt Porsche 993 GT3, i have also seen the last 2014 Zamac cars in a Poundland.

I've visited a few stores again over the last few days.

Two Morrisons told me that Cars are a seasonal item and are not generally part of their range after Easter. They start to restock again in the new school term (September onwards). They said that might not apply to all stores, but they thought that was company sales policy. Wilko told me something similar. It doesn't come as a surprise, but that's not good news for us collectors in the UK!

    Other stores:

ASDA - Remnants of 4th case (959L). These are generally the second batch (0276EAA) with the sellotape holding the blister on! Loads of 2015 Bucky Brakedust case Toons!

Sainsburys - As ASDA except first batch of 959L case with glue! Loads of silver racers and other odds and ends. Not Toons (obviously)!

Tesco - As ASDA. Not Toons (obviously)!

Toymaster - As ASDA. Mixture of glue and taped 959L case. Not Toons!

    Smyths - 959L with sellotape!

TRU - Still bucket loads of 2015 singles and deluxe. Loads of silver racers, carbons and carnival racers. Last 2015 RS Classics have come and gone. Hopefully 2016 singles will appear soon!

Hot Wheels are coming and going like hot cakes! I recently scored 2015 Ford Mustang (Red), Yellow Submarine, '70 Ford Escort RS1600, Aston Martin V8 Vantage (white) and Lotus Esprit S1 (yellow) on small cards.

I want Aston Martin DB10 (Spectre) and Aston Martin DBS (Red) plus various coloured Aston Martin DB5 and DBS.

The 959L singles case is just about everywhere (except TRU).. Probably over-ordered? Or sent us as punishment from Europe for having a referendum on leaving the EU!

We had loads of US carded Popemobiles and The Queen in the UK. I managed to get both US and international carded versions of both in TK Maxx for about £5. They were splitting cases amongst two or three stores. As they sold so quickly, why didn't they just send them a case full? It smacks of the stores' HQ not knowing the product and not knowing the market! That sort of ignorance is rife across the UK retail sector!

Cheers Chris, I got the pope and the popemobile in florida some years ago. then tru had them a while back but I think I was on a break then lol. The cad spinners are showing up in a discount store ere. Think they're us cases as well. £1.99 is a belter price as well, Chinese seller's were asking too much for him but I'm glad I held out. fingers crossed we get Harvey, Winnie and Zed Custard.
