I had to grasp to come up with Cars containing the letter Q...

Lightning McQueen (and numerous McQueen Cars contain a Q).. Here's a custom made by Shoplucky (Custom Toy Revolution):




And I found a Wikipedia page that referred to the Tunerz (Boost, Snot Rod, DJ, and Wingo) as the Delinquent Road Hazards... But I believe The Queen is the only one that begins with a letter Q.
