Looking at all Cars 2 future diecast threads on various and nothing showing for rip clutchgoneski, anybody think he is going to be the new Apple car in a planned future World Grand Prix set??

I have started playing around with doing a custom rip using a Francesco body

All the cars released so far had been designed and manufactured this time last year. I heard that Rip was a late addition to the movie and that is why we don't have a diecast released yet. How is that custom coming along?

I think it will not, I can buy it now, but have low interest to cars now and it is expensive.

How does it look? The second time we saw the movie, when Rip was on the screen, my son said' "hey! I don't have him yet!" I told him nobody does yet.

Cool. It makes me feel better knowing at least he is coming! That is an 11 pack I would actually buy just to get that car. I can use the extra race cars because my son is doing a number on the ones he has now.

Is this the same type of car as rip clutchgoneski? Mocked up UK Police car for a road safety campaign.

It is close, but I think his fenders are a little different.

you know what , rip is hardly in the movie, which is a shame, in fact I think lasseter did a poor job on the racers and quite frankly needs a good boot up the jacksy for this
