Hey carslover, the answer to your question is quite simple. If you've seen the Star Wars movies, this version is Episode VI Luke. Luke has a mechanical black hand because he lost his real hand when Darth Vader cut it off with a light saber in Episode V. The black wheel represents the machine hand and the silver wheels represent "human" limbs.

Thank you for your insight, Audifan... it makes perfect sense... My first thought was that I'd opened an error Car without checking closely... but then I saw that 2 others also had the same thing, 1 black wheel and 3 silver wheels... It's been awhile since I watched the Star Wars movies.
