He's comprised of a set of Petrov Trunkov wheels. That are wrapped in aluminum foil. Then the whole thing gets hammered down into a cube. It gets painted and stickers are applied. Et voila, a Cubed Leand. The smallest Deluxe that Mattel could (in theory) sell many of.

The shipping crate is actually far more work than the Cubed Leland itself.
