Of the Cars you've mentioned, only the Carla Veloso single has been widely released... the other singles are not out yet (some online eBay retailers may have them)... The only one of the 2 packs you've listed that I've seen in a store is the Carla/crew chief 2 pack and it's been very hard to find.
