That's what I was thinking when asking about US and International cases. Didn't realise that the numbers were also different. The cases are not region-specific. All of the cases have been found in the US except for Case C, which hasn't been released yet. I know A and B have been found internationally, but there's no reason why S and R shouldn't be available internationally.
