Found in 2018-19 Singles case H, it's Andrew Vrooman from the Cotter Pin series... while case H is a relatively recent case, Andrew is based on the 1970 Chevy El Camino... I used to think the El Camino was a cool vehicle and thought I'd like to have one... I never got one... and I've never seen an Andrew Vrooman in a store, not even at 6 different Aldi stores I checked out this summer... Fortunately I was able to purchase a case H from Get Me Collectibles.
