that is edwin cranks with the blue front end off of milton calypeer
an error from the factory or chineese backdoor car would be my guess

^^^That is what it is. I have Edwin Cranks and Milton Calypeer right next to each other in my display case. Milton's front end was put onto Edwin's body.
