How to make customs

Does someone have instructions on how to make customs, I would like to start but do not now where. And where do you get the decals from. Thanks I really like Bobbis custum Lightning with the people on it, Thats what i would like to do with my kids then put a family pic on Wally hauler.

Where can I get decal stickers from

i have bought the decal injet paper at hobby lobby if you have one there.

pretty much have to either create your own on whichever image manipulation software, or find someone who has them available online
