The lights you should be able to make with a donor $1 Hot Wheels car. It's the finishing touch to a police car, will look strange without.

Ah, the Rescue Go Go! Series. I love the fire engine Luigi & Guido but at Tomy scale they must be tiny to the point of choking hazards!
