Planes (Russia) - Rochelle the new "Petrov"

Seems that just as with Cars, there'll be substitutions for certain international markets.

We had Flash Nilsson (Sweden), Memo Rojas (Mexico) and Vitaly Petrov (Russia) in place of Max Schnell at the Tokyo Party

Except with Planes, Disney have decided to change Rochelle's nationality altogether from Canadian to Russian...

Ah, my bad...it was indeed Jeff but what I meant was the international replacements were with repaints of Max (Flash and Vitaly). God knows why they kept Lewis though, yawn...

She's name is Tanya. In Russia, in the shops have a set with plastic model for assembly without glue. I will try somehow to upload pictures.

It is unfortunate that Mattel has not released a series of localized Rochelle in diecast. At present, there are only two versions, as far as I know: the basic and the French.
