Last year I heard about the D23 Convention in Anaheim, California... there was a special Cars release during the 2011 D23 Convention... Deluxe Submarine Finn McMissile in the special collector box... cardboard... with a special extra Metallic Paint Finn McMissile.
A good friend helped me out with the 2011 D23 special...

I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything about the 2012 D23 Expo... chatting with one of my friends this evening, I learned that D23 is an every other year event... So there wasn't a D23 this year!
Anyway, the 2013 D23 Expo is August 9 through 11, 2013... It's in Anaheim... and I was told that I will want the Cars exclusive... but my source said they could not tell me what it is yet....
Did you know that the D23 Expo is held every other year? I didn't... As soon as we can tell you what the Cars exclusive is, we'll let you know... but until then...
