I'm now contemplating on buying a case directly from the K-Mart website. The only issue I seem to be having is shipping, they don't ship to Canada.

Anybody have any experience in dealing with something like this?

Would anybody be willing to help me out and have it shipped (Kmart says free shipping) to their place and I can pay for shipping to Canada? I just wish I knew what the shippnig cost was. According to ebay, shipping seems to vary between $35 and $58.

Just a little over 5 weeks to go until the Kmart 9 event... I am unable to share more with you at this time, but I've seen pictures showing 5 silver racer series racers (loose) that were not released during Kmart 8 this past June - Rip Clutchgoneski is included.

Here's hoping for a great case assortment.

Eh, something fishy is going on in that picture Mattycollector posted. Watch they are tricking us and the McQueen is actually a Rip. It does not make any sense that we have seen a backdoor version of it and that McQueen with Racing Wheels has already been released as a Silver car, but Mattel is trying to say it's brand new... it doesn't add up.

Still if there truly will be no Rip, I am still very excited for the event. Mary and Alexander look awesome and I can't wait to add them all to my collection!

i can't wait to see the final metallics,max's carbon look finish in the silver looks tremendous as does lewis' finish.

I was looking around on take5aday and they didn;t mention that on the little poster for the event that it kinda looks like LMQ has blue rims....could be the picture...or maybe that is what the difference is

On mattycollector.com, Lightning McQueen with Racing Wheels is mentioned both on the new listing for Kmart 9 and the previous listing (in the archives) for Kmart 8... I have a feeling it's the same Car but we'll know for sure in a little less than 2 weeks... they've already made and distributed the Kmart 8 Silver Series McQueen to Europe - it's been a mail-in promo Car... I have one.

Every Kmart store I have gone into still has Silver Racing Series McQueen and Francesco from Kmart 8... a few still have Raoul... the others are usually long gone... some people are returning Kmart 8 Cars that they bought and then didn't need - I may need to do that myself.

I'm most interested in Mary and Alexander but will get a couple of sets of the Silver Racer Series for myself and help out friends that I usually help out... whether or not I'll stop at all the stores I visited on Kmart 8 day (I drove over 250 miles that day) I don't know yet.

The master carton (with 4 cases) is now appearing at stores - it isn't supposed to be opened until October 20:

Most stores will be receiving only 1 master carton... 4 cases of 24 Cars... just like Kmart 8... I may be making a 200 mile plus circuit on Kmart 9 day.
