ebay seller: ahab006 -- any experience?

Does anyone have any experience with ebay seller "ahab006" ? The auction site does not let me place a bid, and when I try and email about it, ebay indicates the seller "is not able to respond to questions." Strange...I have never seen that before.

i bought 3 cars from ahab006 in may of 2012 and had no problems like you are stating
i received what i paid for

If the seller is on vacation and has an ebay store he can set this feature so that all listings and messages are blocked temporarily until he returns.

Check your location. Or his location, I had the same problem with a guy from the Philippines. turned out I was on ebay.ph and not co.uk or com. I got it resolved, I just paypal'd his email and he was then able to put the ebay item through paypal. We both got feedback for each other and I was protected through paypal.
