You will need to register for the site first. The create Release link will be just below the main sitename in a light blue bar when you are logged in. Let me know that you found it.

J Las, saw your entry for the Rip, but you said you created a release which is nowhere to be found on the site. I gave it a little time to see if you planned to add but never saw one get created. I had to delete that contest entry but instead I gave you an entry for registering on the site, which everyone is eligible for. Best! and thanks for entering.
