Lighter gray Max Schnell?

Is it just my imagination, or are the most recent wave of Max Schnell singles I've seen much lighter in color than previous releases?
I have seen several on the pegs, but haven't bought one to compare it side by side with an older one.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks for the heads up... I'll have to keep an eye out... hoping to see more than just 2014 short card singles in a store sometime.
