As part of the world wide marketing strategy behind recent Disney and/or Pixar movies, Disney started including characters that appear in certain countries... We saw the 2012 Super Chase World Grand Prix racers in Cars2, and we're seeing the release of certain racers in Planes... Thanks to Raginpage and bobbyjack, here are the characters from Sweden... Super Chase Flash (Cars2) and Gunnar Viking (Planes).

Both Flash and Gunnar feature the blue and yellow colors:
Here's Gunnar with Arturo, the most recently released Plane in a gift pack:
Here's the current complete set of 11 racing Planes:
Gunnar Viking is out in a new Planes singles case that also includes the return of Ishani - both Raginpage and bobbyjack have found Gunnar at Walmart... Super Chase Flash was in 2012 Singles case G which came out in the summer of 2012 but has also turned up at several Big Lots stores in various parts of the country.
I wonder which country we'll find next.
