ROR Frank or Night Skyline Frank?

I´m from Austria and I´m new in this forum. Which of the " Franks" is rare, the ROR or the Night Skyline.

Both are hard to find, but IMHO the Night Skyline Frank is much rarer. Hope this helps and welcome to the forum!

Welcome to PCD, didis... Frank is rare on both Race o Rama and Night Skyline cardback today... back in the day, I did find more of the ROR cardbacks in stores than the Night Skyline... we will see Frank soon in a 2015 Deluxe case.
