Not film accurate. And not future releases from Mattel. I personally would call them knockoffs. Much like the Piston Cup Mack haulers from China.

Interesting...

Here's what the Easy Idle crew chief looks like - this came from a friend several years ago - it was supposed to be part of a Target exclusive Team Crew set which was advertised on the Target website and never released.



Since Shifty Drug was just released in 2015 with the corrected pink color and the hauler is pink, an official Shifty Drug crew chief should be pink in my opinion.

Think if they had of had headsets, they'd fit in better. Plus more decals. I suppose it could be a good base for a custom, or 2...

Ru5ty, they were a relatively low run production for Disney Parks... If I remember right the retail prices were $35 for the Wedding Day set and $45 for the Radiator Springs Beginnings set... add sales tax and postage and I paid over $100 for each 5 Car set - I ordered 2 and opened 1.

Cheers for that Chris. I was in florida oct/Nov at the parks, so really I could have been standing right next to these... makes my eyes bleed the stuff I walked past whilst there.. I know I seen those circus cars and one now I'm trying to get was star wars Ramone. If only I had of had the cars bug when I was there...
