I've noticed a few members asking about display cases... so I thought I'd share some information about some of the various display cases that I have.
Carney Plastics makes expensive but high quality display cases... I have 3 CP-21/24 display cases which hold deluxe, launchers, haulers, and singles... I also have 1 SA-100 which holds 110 singles (or smaller deluxe size). The CP-21/24 have been $100 shipped to me (from Ohio to Indiana) and the SA-100 was $130 shipped... it was cheaper for me to order them from one of 2 retailers and to have them drop shipped to me than it was to order them direct from Carney... the cover can either lift up or drop down... Carney also has other display cases that you can see on their website.
CP-21/24:

SA-100

Current set up with 3 CP-21/24 and 1 SA-100 (sorry for the blurry photo):

I also have 3 smaller display cases that were custom built by Dean Moser. 2 of them are wall mounted, and one sits on a shelf. These hold most singles and were about $80 each; they hold about 42 - 48 Cars:
The cover slides left or right; best used as a wall mounted display case.

The cover slides up; best used on a shelf.

There are also different single display cases... The TRU promo Cars N2O Cola and Sidewall Shine came in display cases.

I took one of each of the TRU promo Cars out to put in a Carney display case; these cases are large enough to hold Rollin Bowlin Mater.

Hobby Lobby display cases - these are available in a box that contains 6 individual display cases... they hold most of the regular size singles but not the longer Cars such as Greta and Mater.
Here's a Martin Arriola autographed Faux Wheel Drive in a Hobby Lobby display case... the autograph is on a mirrored sticker.

Here's a Blu-ray McQueen in a Hobby Lobby display case:

There are other companies that make single display cases... many Walmart stores carry them.
I made the decision to go with the plexiglass/acrylic display cases... at one time I ordered a cheaper one from a Canadian eBay seller... I decided it wasn't the quality that I was looking for... Others have purchased or made display cases out of wood... GotFrank has made some very nice display cases out of wood... I know that Rippers has a very nice wooden display case.
If you'd like information on retailers that I've used for ordering Carney Plastics display cases, please send a PM.
