Chrome Cars

In the last few weeks, Chrome Cars have shown up on eBay... One of my friends offered me a Chrome Carla Veloso... here are photos.












To me it appears to be a situation where someone has taken a basic Car (in this case Carla), taken it apart, and applied the "chrome" paint to the Car... I've not made customs, so I cannot offer more insight... Perhaps some of you can.

I have ordered a couple of other Chrome Cars - I'll add photos when I get them... and I'll add more information to the chrome process as I learn more.

Some of the Chromes look very nice and some look odd
I have a couple of Gold Chrome apple/nitroade body cars with black rubber tires available for trade if anyone is interested

Whilst the car does look nice, it doesn't quite "tickle my fancy" which is very good for my wallet

Please watch out for posts from me in 12 months time trying to find this car to buy...!!!
