Looks like that top one was opened and switched!

Yeah it was. I was taken back at how badly it was taped up and the car was different + it was very much played with from all the paint chips on the front. I can't believe someone was that hard up to return a $0.88 car, and amazed they took it back. It makes me not feel bad for returning ANYTHING

The dump bin was in the Easter section not with toys...there were tons of cars I have never seen. Lots of those zamacs too.
