Just got a call from GotFrank - he just saw Retro Hot Wheels case C at his Walmart store...

And as far as why the Fiero and not the Ferrari from Ferris Bueller? My guess is it came down to licensing... too much money for the Ferrari... I don't even remember much of the movie... and I never watched Rockford Files.

The Ferrari 250 California is rumored to be coming later.

Found almost the whole Fast and Furious line in Walmart today...

I couldn't find the '67 Mustang. Very frustrating. I'll be hitting another Walmart tomorrow. I can't believe they didn't do the '87 Buick GNX. Very disappointing.

is the 67 mustang the one from Tokyo Drift?

I'm suprised they didn't inlcude the green Eclipse that blew up in the first one lol.


I wish the retro made it up here Theres a few I would have picked up...and quite a few more from the upcomming (tentative list). The three minis from the Italian Job would be awesome

EDIT: Having a search around, it is indeed the one from Tokyo Drift. Seems this will be in the same class as the Crooze Batmobile from the Wal Mart Batman Commemorative set

I'm hoping that the Fast and Furious set is not a Walmart exclusive... there are lots of them on sale on eBay, but they are not cheap...

And I too want/need a set of those...
