With my Targets, they never seem to overload the pegs, even if it means just putting out a car or two from a full case. Were I to see just one car from a new case, I'd probably assume that they've still got the rest of it.

Are you saying you've seen a 2nd wave of 2013/14 launchers? I know an Octane Gain was found in Europe, but I haven't seen a report of him in the US yet. If you have seen him, I'd love for you to grab one for me.

Went back to the Target with the single Nigel w/ Flames and nothing. Someone must have beat me there. I feel like the cases just hasn't fully hit my area yet.

Picked up the Neon McQueen today, they had all the others except Shu, but only wanted a McQueen and Shu.

TRU had the Lizzie and a True Blue McCrew which I left.

Wally came through with Nigel, Chisaki and Lubewig, also got the Flo & Chug Microdrifter packs and some hotwheels and minifigs.

I hit 6 Targets within a 60 mile radius of me yesterday. I was hoping to find some of the new 2014 Cars that others are finding. Still pegs full of cases M-P. I did stumble upon these at the last Target I visited:
