I really want a Kabuto with flames, would pay unto £30 for one but they seem to fetch double that at the moment

I have a suspicion with the new Toons singles announced that he may be coming back anyway

Considering the going rate for Bessie, you did very well getting her for that price... Congratulations...

And you're right - there's always a more expensive hard to find Car coming along... although I still haven't paid more for one than I did for my Motorama McQueen ($146)...

To update my post on here, a few months ago I finally bit the bullet and bought the Motorama girls. I believe Laverne was the expensive one at $100.

I paid $30 for my first Frosty from Australia. Then I got the second for $3.50! I averaged around $16 for both, so not too shabby!

I also paid $30 for a Dinoco Showgirl set and $30 for the set of the 3 Kabuki Dancers (Okuni, Shigeko, Tamiko) back in January. That was probably my best purchase ever made.

Id just like to put the best bargain Ive had was a bessie for $12, brand new on card. I only brought one because I thought it was too much. Kick myself now.

I paid 65 for a mint loose Bessie recently. Other than that, 50 for a carded mint damaged mood springs, and 60 for a mint carded tokyo mater. Overall, with about 400 cars, started 4 months ago and have averaged at about $6 per car/hauler/SDCC etc...

I've only ever paid retail (or equivalent) on eBay or traded cars like for like...

I'm amazed by my self restraint...
