I just did some digging and found that out, Scavenger. Super excited for this subseries actually. Has a lot of potential.

To be honest, Le Left Turn Inn looks like the only 'good' series this year, most of the cars from Found & Lost have already been previewed which are all re-releases and the Race Fans series this year so far is 75% Cars 1 re-releases, but who knows, maybe something interesting will be released.

The El Materdor looks more like 'El backdoor' to me- he is missing his cape and other items and as you say, the hat is clearly positioned wrong. You have to wonder if there is a catch when he is selling at a fraction of the price.

Looks like this seller has the metal El Materdor for a decent price, but his hat is on vertically instead of horizontally.
