As soon as I saw that the tractors were sold out online, I went to the closest Disney Store and was able to get the last 4 on display. Missed out on the tractor tipping set before so I didn't want that to happen again.

FYI. They also gave me a coupon for 25% off the entire order from July 18 to July 21.
