got the big plastic london bus in tesco, its reduced to 4.99, if memory serves me correctly this was originally 19.99, quite nice reallye
stopped at tru, they actually had quite a respectable range, for once.

True, they'll have to give them away for a quid or two to get rid. And even then I'd only it as a gift or for party giveaways. Sad thing is that Smyths will probably consider their fingers burnt on this line and be very cagey about buying any Cars in future as a result. Won't even register a blip on Tescos due to their size.

The newest iv seen was Andre (Raoule hauler) in the stunt series, Ben already had Mac and Sal (who hes lost somewhere) so I got it but nothing else remotely new.

None of my local Tesco's have been getting anything, probably meaning that their warehouse is out of stock? Some of my local Sainsburys have been getting various cases 997Q, 997R and 997U. They are selling quite briskly, so at least they aren't clogging up the shelves. My local Toymaster group got the first shipment of Planes, but had to send them back. That was two or three weeks ago, but Mattel haven't sent them anything as a replacement. They had ordered *new* Deluxe and Doubles!

A couple of Rip Clutchgoneski's had appeared on eBay. I had hoped that mean't that case 997W (or even repeats of 997P) were in circulation. There haven't been any reports so far, so I guess not? Maybe the sellers had held onto them until such a time when all was quiet with a view to making a killing? One was well over the Ł30 mark. I don't know what it went for in the end. I shudder to think!

Apart from that, there is nothing to report.

mad bob, dont know which sainsburys you shop in but the ones here are pretty useless

check tescos, cars on the top of a promo end, pocket money toys for a fiver, spotted, dexter, dj, wingo et al, maybe a good sign that more stock is due
