Went to Tesco tonight to grab some bread and thought I'd check out the toy aisle. Surprised to see a Chase RS Ramone sitting on the shelf. Found a box on the top shelf and thought my luck was in but no it had been opened and contained little apart from the usual and 4 Mel Dorado's!!! I Keep reading about all these cool finds and yet i keep seeing the same old stuff. Guess i'm not looking hard enough

Finally found 2013 Case A at my Walmart today! (They were in dump bins)

yep, that was the same with our disney shop today, couldnt get to smyths in belfast as the traffic was aweful and it wasnt christmas tailbacks either, if you know what I mean, did get to tru in lisburn, the only thing of note was the tractor tipping set with frank
tesco prices are down to 3.58, prob is there was no stock!

Hit the Walmarts looking for specific Case As for someone. They already hit last week so my stores were pretty picked over. Seems Walmart was the only store to get Case A. I decided to get an extra Suki and J. Kurby while they were only $2. They are available for trade.

York Disney store, and yes they looked like the Kmart cars

Disney Stores have had a decent run of exclusive cases (including chase cars), 996S (Officer Murakarmi), 996T (Becky Wheelin') and 996V (Prince Wheeliam). They should be getting case 996W with Cartney Brakin' as their next UK exclusive case.

They will be getting one more Cars 2 exclusive case after that. This will contain Rip Clutchgoneski. He may well be a chase car, as there is probably only going to be one per case. There are four other cars that haven't been released into the UK, two of which are chase cars (Fabrizio and Sir Harley Gassup) and two regular releases, Alexander Hugo/party hat and Mary Esgocar.

Recent Mattel policy is to put two new cars in a case, one chase plus two regular. That would mean a split into two cases. Some DS think that they are getting all five new cars! Mattel only give out so much information, quite often with the disclaimer, 'subject to change'. I don't know why they continue to be unhelpful! (Answers on a postcard)!

As DS have had five silver racers (from Kmart 8 day) adapted onto an international cardback, this means that the other five will go to general retailers, presumably in the 'other non-DS case'. DS has 52 stores in the UK. They had about 600 sets of their silver racers. General circulation cases usually total about 2,000. That means that there should be 2,000 of the other five silver racers. I can understand that Lightning McQueen, Lewis Hamilton and Nigel Gearsley may sell in greater quantities but Max Schnell and Miguel Camino too? Obviously some will go to Europe too. Maybe there were 1,400 Kmart 8 silver sets destined for Europe?

I'm in between Maidenhead and Slough, Taplow. Wife is going to Uxbridge today so he has instructions to check DS and Debenhams but i don't hold out much hope!!

Forgot to post last week but the DS store in Oxford St must have had about 15 Bindo's on the pegs. Probably all gone now but I did snag one for my nephew. They also had loads of the silver racers, but no Wheeliam

Yeah let me see what Bobbyjack needs and I'll let you know. Never shipped internationally but if your willing to cover the costs then im fine with it! I currently have 3 J Curbys so we should be good there!

then spotted kimura kaizo and HRH, got some for myself and Ru5ty up the street - 3.99 each

did my good deed for the day, a mum and wee boy where in too and were looking for doc, so I sent her up to tru, hopefully the wee man will get one, told her about funny car mater, etc, so she bought that and was well chuffed

so get yourselves down to home bargains

no doubt we,ll be seeing a few of these on evil bay in the next few days!!!!
